How many transfer confirmations should there be before the mixing starts? Can this be sped up?

A single confirmation from the Bitcoin network is what we require. Sadly, there is nothing on our end that could accelerate this step. Transfers paid with a generous miner fee are normally confirmed within 5-20 minutes, whereas payments with a very low fee may sit in the mempool for days. Feel free to wait for the confirmation to arrive or push things along through a transaction accelerator.

I accidentally closed my browser. What will happen to my money?

Once your Bitcoins are sitting on our mixing address, they will come back to you no matter what — within the time limits laid out in the letter of guarantee and the chosen mixing mode. If the transfer to our wallet never happened, no mixing will be triggered and your coins simply remain yours. In that scenario, just submit a fresh request on the website.

How long does the generated address for transfer remain valid?

The generated deposit address stays active for 7 days (168 hours). Any payments arriving after this window has closed will be ignored by the system. Please be sure to send your funds within this timeframe.

Do you store any logs?

No logs are kept on our side. Every service record tied to your mixing request is wiped 24 hours after the cleansing has been finalised. The letter of guarantee we issue is the only remaining proof that you used our service.

What are the maximum and minimum transfer amounts?

The minimum amount we accept for mixing is 0,001 btc (this is also the cap for the free trial). Everything below this threshold is treated as a donation to the service. The upper per-order limit depends on the mode: 1 BTC for "Mixer" and 50 btc for "Complete anonymity".

Why should I trust you with my money? What is a letter of guarantee?

In order to resolve any potential disputes, we rely on PGP-signed letters of guarantee. Each such letter lists the terms of the cleansing request and carries our PGP signature. Verifying this document is straightforward, while counterfeiting it is not practically possible.

If you ever need to raise a claim about your order, just forward us the letter of guarantee.
As for the actual return of the mixed coins to your destination address(es), the blockchain will always serve as an undeniable source of truth.

I did’t receive my money back. What do I do?

Stay calm — there is no need to panic. Start by checking your transfer on blockchain.info and confirm that the payment went to the correct input address. If the blockchain shows that your transaction was processed but the funds still have not landed on your forward-to address(es), get in touch with us and attach your letter of guarantee. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Whenever a delay is caused by a failure on our side, the fee will be waived. I got a suspicious message from a mixer in Telegram acting as Mixer.money

Attention! There are clones and scammers pretending to be us in Telegram:

These fraudulent bots are clearly assembled on free bot-builder platforms — one glance is usually enough to tell. If they hand you a letter of guarantee, treat it the same way you would a real one: verify the signature. If they send you a letter of guarantee, you know exactly what to do with it — check its authenticity right away using this instruction. Never send any coins — you will 100% never get them back.
