How many transfer confirmations should there be before the mixing starts? Can this be sped up?

A single confirmation from the Bitcoin network is enough for us. Sadly, there is nothing we can do to accelerate this. Normally, a transaction with a high miner fee gets confirmed within 5-20 min. Transfers sent with a very low miner fee, however, may take days to confirm. You can simply wait until your transaction is confirmed or turn to a transaction accelerator.

I accidentally closed my browser. What will happen to my money?

If your Bitcoins have already reached the mixer, they will come back to you within the window specified in your letter of guarantee and the conditions of the selected mixing mode. If it turns out you never actually pushed the coins through to our wallet, mixing simply will not begin and your funds stay put. In that scenario, just go ahead and open a new mixing request.

How long does the generated address for transfer remain valid?

The transfer address stays active for 7 days (168 hours). Any transfers performed past that window will not be accepted. Please make sure you complete your transfer within this timeframe.

Do you store any logs?

No logs are kept. Every piece of data tied to your mixing request is wiped 24 hours after the cleansing is done. The sole trace that you ever used the mixing service is the letter of guarantee we issue to you.

What are the maximum and minimum transfer amounts?

The lower bound on the transfer amount is 0,001 btc (this is also the sole amount available to free trial users). Any transfer below that threshold will be treated as a donation. The upper bound per request is 1 BTC in the “Mixer” mode and 50 btc in the “Complete anonymity” mode.

Why should I trust you with my money? What is a letter of guarantee?

I did’t receive my money back. What do I do?

Stay calm! Look your transfer up via blockchain.info – double-check that the money was indeed sent to the correct input address. If there is evidence of a successful transfer but the funds still have not hit your forward-to address(es), get in touch with us and attach your letter of guarantee. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Should the delay stem from a service failure on our side, no commission will be charged. Some technical hiccups are caused by massive DDoS attacks on blockchain.

I got a suspicious message from a mixer in Telegram acting as Mixer.money

Attention! There are clones and fraudsters impersonating us on Telegram:

They have no connection whatsoever to Mixer.money. Such malicious actors try to trick you into sending your Bitcoins straight to them, claiming their route is “safer, cheaper and more effective”.
